Locomotor Skills, Obstacle Courses & Gymnastics

We focus on essential locomotor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, and skipping. These activities are designed to enhance children's overall motor development, balance, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Obstacle Courses are designed to improve balance, agility, and spatial awareness which further prepare children for Floor exercises, Spring boards, Pummel Horse, Parallel Bars, Malkhamb and other Gymnastics exercises.

Our Football program encourages children to develop their agility, balance, and coordination. We introduce basic techniques such as kicking, dribbling, and passing, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Through age-appropriate activities, we teach the basics of basketball, focusing on dribbling, shooting, passing, and teamwork. Our goal is to promote physical fitness and foster a love for the game.


Wall climbing

Wall climbing

To instill the spirit of adventure amongst children from an early age, we have a 35 ft high and 50 ft wide Indoor Rock Climbing Wall, with seven routes of varying degree of difficulty and a speed climbing route. Trained instructors make it a very safe and memorable adventure experience for the students.


Tennis

Our tennis sessions introduce children to the fundamentals of the game, including hand-eye coordination, basic strokes, and fun drills to develop their interest and skills.



Through these sports activities, we aim to build a strong foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle, while instilling confidence and promoting social interaction among our preschoolers.
